Lose the Honky Tonk Badonkadonk

I hate exercise. I’ve always said it. BUT, I think I was going about exercise the wrong way.
The key is to find something you enjoy. I’m not a runner. I’m not a weight lifter. I’m not really a person that likes to sweat. BUT, I know that in order to get my “sexy” back and to lose my “Honky Tonk Badonkadonk” (thanks Trace Adkins for such a fun song!) I HAVE to get my body moving.
I finally found my niche! First, I needed energy, which I have found with my daily dose of Life Shotz by 21Ten.
Next, I found my FUN way to get up and get my body moving with ZUMBA! I heard about it about 6 months ago and tucked it away in the back of my mind. Now that I have the energy to DO it, my DVDs are on the way ( I don’t have a local class). I’ve been making up my own by watching YouTube videos, but I’m So excited!
6 months from now I’ll be singing “this is the body that 21Ten and Zumba shaped”!
My “Lose the Badonkadonk” recipe:
1 packet Life Shotz
1 scoop protein powder 8 oz. of your Favorite Juice
10 oz. ice cold, clean H2O
1 cup frozen fruit
Blend and Enjoy!
